Amanda and I have been married for almost 7 years and we have two boys: Asher (3.5) and Caleb (2). God’s call to plant a church came very unexpectedly for us as we had no pastoral experience or seminary training. In discerning this call we became convinced that God could use us in this capacity as long as we depended on him for everything! God has faithfully provided in every way for Incarnate Church with an amazing group of servant leaders, finances, and a meeting place.

We believe God is calling Evergreen Church to be a church of missional communities – small groups of people following Jesus together in the rhythms of real life to see our city renewed by his love. The more we see the transforming power of the gospel at work in people’s lives, the more we are grateful that God would give us the opportunity to serve on the front lines of his work!
